一、西班牙留学概况

近年来德国，法国，意大利，西班牙，荷兰，瑞典等等欧洲国家的中国留学生都呈现出了增长趋势。其中不少去了西班牙留学。

西班牙语是世界第三大语种，其使用人数仅次于英语和汉语。全球有20个拉丁美洲国家及美国、菲律宾的4亿多人口使用西班牙语。随着拉丁美洲国家在国际贸易往来中扮演着越来越重要的角色，西班牙语已成为使用最广泛的国际贸易往来语种之一。

二、西班牙留学签证概况

去西班牙留学，签证是重中之重，如果没有签证就算拿到offer也没用，那么西班牙留学签证多久下来？

西班牙留学签证审理时间大概是15个工作日，周末或者是法定节假日等非工作日会适当的延长；有其他的特殊情况也会延长，比如申请者材料需要进一步审核，会延长30天；或者要求申请者额外增添材料，要求申请者参加面试，可能审理时间会延长60天；

这样说来，只要在工作日申请并且没有其他特殊情况，大约15日就能出签；

三、西班牙留学签证办理流程

第一步，确认领区

西班牙签证根据不同户籍和居住地送不同地区领馆

西班牙签证领区分为北京领区，上海领区，广州领区三个。具体的领区划分图如下

每个领区所要求的材料略微有差异，所以一定要找自己对应的地区！！

第二步，准备材料

具体材料如下：

Main requirements（主要要求）:

1. APPLICATION FORM （申请表）

National visa application form filled out in block capitals or typed and signed by the applicant. Copy of the first page of the application form which will be stamped by the consular office and returned to the applicant as a receipt. It must include some contact information. It is advisable that a contact telephone number and the e-mail address appear next to the applicant’s address.（申请表的第一页是需要复印的！因为你的材料被领事馆收走以后，第一页会返回给你作为到时候取签证的一个凭证，会给你盖个章。）

2. PHOTOGRAPH（照片）

3. HUKOU（户口本）

Hukou or residence permit in China, original and photocopy of all the pages, with Spanish translation. （户口本复印件，原件，翻译件。西班牙语翻译件或英文的）

4. REGISTRATION AND CONTENT OF STUDY

Documentary accreditation of having been admitted to carry out an activity for this type of visa specified in article 38.1 letters a.b and c of the R.D. 557/2011.

In the case of realization of non-work placements, letter d), the applicant must show documentary evidence that he has been admitted to carry out unremunerated training on the basis of the signing of an agreement, in a public or private Company or in an officially recognized Vocational Training Centre.

In the case of the provision of a voluntary service, letter e), the applicant must submit an agreement signed with the organization in charge of the volunteer program, including a description of the activities and the conditions for carrying them out, the schedule to be fulfilled, as well as the resources available to cover your trip, food and lodging during your stay. The organization must have subscribed liability insurance for its activities.

The certificate of applicant’s academic qualification submitted must be translated and legalized. As well as accrediting a student profile. （录取通知书原件了。注意，学位证和毕业证必须交给公证机构进行翻译公证，做成公证书。还需要写一份study plan.描述在那里如何如何的认真学习，你多么多么向往那样的一个学习氛围，录取的学校和专业有多优秀。一定要强调学成后你要回国！千万别写你要留在那里了！就算你想留下也要隐藏你的真实想法。）

5. TRAVEL DOCUMENT（护照）

Valid Passport or travel document recognized as valid in Spain with a minimum validity for the entire period for which the visa is requested and at least two blank pages.

6. CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE（犯罪记录证明）

Criminal record certificate/s issued by the authorities from the applicant’s country/ies of residence for the last five years, translated into Spanish and dully legalized.(Only over 14 years old). （在中国没有过犯罪。户籍所在地派出所开无犯罪记录的证明。此证明是中文版本的，没有英语！拿到这个证明以后，一样的需要送去公证机构，做成公证书文件。）

7. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

Medical certificate, translated into Spanish and dully legalized, stating that it does not suffer from any of the serious diseases for public health according to the International Health Regulation (2005) with a similar format:

“THIS CERTIFICATE PROVES THAT THE MR./MRS. DOES NOT SUFFER FROM ANY OF THE DISEASES THAT COULD HAVE A SERIOUS IMPLICATION FOR PUBLIC HEALTH, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL HEALTH REGULATION 2005.”（医学证明，证明没有传染病，项目比较多，一般需要空腹做检查开证明。）

8. FINANCIAL MEANS（经济状况）

The applicant must prove an amount that represents the 100% of IPREM for his/her cost of living.

For dependent relatives, a monthly quantity of 75% of the IPREM for the first dependent and the 50% for each of the rest, or its equivalent in foreign currency, unless that it is dully proven that the accommodation is paid in advance for the entire duration of the stay.

In case it is a student mobility program, it must include provisions that guarantee that the support of the foreigner is insured within it.

Accreditation of the availability of sufficient financial means for subsistence during the time of stay in Spain may be done by submitting one of the following documents translated into Spanish:

a) Salary certificate of the last six months.

b) Proofs of additional income (income from leasing, income from bank deposits, income from company shares, etc.)

c) Bank certification with the bank account movements of the last 6 months.

d) Scholarship or financial aid.

e) Any other document that the applicants considers relevant in order to prove his/her financial means.

（资金证明能负担起学费，尽量提供充足。提供父母的在职（写明月收入），营业执照，收入，流水等。翻译一下，证明有稳定经济来源的！）

9. CONTRACT WITH A MEDICAL COMPANY THAT OPERATES IN SPAIN（医疗保险，留学保险，一年也可。）

All risks coverage of the health care of the applicant and the dependents, without copay.

10. ACCOMODATION（住宿证明）

The accommodation will be accredited by presenting one of the following documents, all of which must include the exact address:

a) Certificate of the Residence Hall or Residence.

b) Any other document that proves the accommodation, as a rental contract.

注意：

•如果是健康领域的专业研究，申请人必须证明他们根据10月6日第1146/2006号皇家法令的规定获得了学位，该法令规定了健康科学专家培训的特殊居住雇佣关系。

•申请签证时提交的所有文件需要翻译和合法化，必须在公证人面前翻译成西班牙语，并由中国外交部和西班牙驻上海总领事馆合法化。第一次合法化完成后，必须向中国当地外交部申请双重合法化，该机构将把该文件送交西班牙驻上海总领事馆，以使其第二次合法化。申请人将在当地外交部收集文件。

•未经原始文件翻译和合法化的文件将不予接受

•必须提交原始文件的原件和副本。

•在报告过程中，总领事馆可进行比较，必要时进行个人面谈，以确定他们的身份、文件的送达以及签证申请原因的真实性。

•医疗证明和犯罪记录证明的有效期不得超过三个月。

•提交虚假文件将提请主管当局注意。

•护照将通过EMS快递公司交付给申请人，通过支付宝向上述公司支付30元人民币，如果地址在上海以外，则支付40元人民币。付款将在总领事馆申请签证时支付。

•不接受以现金、信用卡或其他方式支付签证费。

•同样，一旦收到签证，申请人必须在签证有效期内进入西班牙领土。

•护照复印件和所有可能的文件复印件必须双面提交，以便占据尽可能小的体积。

•如果未成年人想在没有父母的情况下在西班牙学习，他们必须持有授权其子女在西班牙学习的公证人授权证书，其中注明子女将在哪里学习的学习中心和学习期限，此外还必须指定监护人在未成年人在西班牙逗留期间照顾他。授权公证书必须经过严格的合法化，并翻译成西班牙语。

•此外，父母指定的家教必须通过公证授权证书表明同意，声明他们将担任西班牙未成年人的监护人并对其负责

特别注意

关于公证及双认证。首先你要去做的肯定是把你的原始材料送到公证处做成公证书。我当时做的公证书包括学历，学位，健康证明，成绩单，无犯罪记录，以及亲属关系。

当你拿到你的公证书以后你就要开始做双认证了。所谓的双认证就是说中国外交部的认证以及西班牙驻中国外交部的认证。做完双认证，公证书后面，多了两个章，一个中国的一个西班牙的。

第三步，材料准备后，就是预约递交签证

四、西班牙最新签证及入境政策参考

签证政策：

上海，广州，北京领区开放签证申请。

入境政策：

留学生可以入境。所有通过航空和海路入境人员均须在出发前通过www.spth.gob.es网站或Spain Travel Health-SpTH手机app填写《健康申报表》（Formulario de Control Sanitario）。在完成后将获得一个二维码，在登机和抵达西班牙时都将必须出示。

所接种的疫苗必须是欧洲药品管理局或者世界卫生组织承认的（辉瑞、莫德纳、阿斯利康、强生、北京生物和科兴）疫苗。申请人需要至少在14天之前完成全部接种，并提供证明材料。

隔离政策：

所有国际旅客抵达西班牙后必须接受14天的隔离期。
